Jamaica started her health career as a massage therapist. She has twenty

years of experience as a massage therapist. She began her journey at

Florida College of Natural Health in Sarasota, Florida where she received

an Associate’s Degree in Health Sciences with advanced training in

Neuromuscular massage therapy.

Jamaica had a private practice for six years in Boca Raton, Florida where

she could treat multiple ailments for an array of clients, specializing in sports related injuries.

Her passion for alternative medicine led her to Atlantic Institute of Oriental

Medicine where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree of Health Sciences and a

Master’s Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Jamaica moved to Denver just over ten years ago. Within that time frame she has worked in a few different health settings, fine tuning her skills and gaining more insight and practice. The integrated practice of acupuncture and massage has been life changing for her patients. She was recognized as the top 20 massage therapist in 2017 and 2019 in Denver by Expertise.com and looks forward to continuing to treat throughout the Denver area. 

Her passion for acupuncture and cupping is her specialty. Jamaica’s knowledge of acupuncture and Chinese modalities inspired her to blend her passions together. She enjoys helping other in any way she can. Her active lifestyle and passion for sports allows her to understand sports injuries and sports physiology in a deeper, more connected way. She enjoys being outdoors in all seasons and finds her peace in nature.
